Hi Marcus,
ReplyDeleteI liked that you started off with a statistic about the market of the product you are introducing. This show potential investors that there is money to be made which is always good. I also think you did a great job explaining the problem, the current options available and why they need improvement. Your explanation of the product was short and to the point without any technological jargon which would have probably confused me. Great job!
Hey Marcus,
ReplyDeleteI liked your approach to your whole pitch, in that you hook us in with the statistics regarding people using razors. In doing so you are identifying the problem, and foreshadowing how you are going to approach it. I actually find the mechanism very interesting in that you put your blade in there after every time you shave, and I think that would be very efficient.
Great job with your elevator pitch Marcus. Using the statistic is a great attention grabber for your pitch and I was engaged the entire way through. You framed the problem with current razors well and conveyed why your product is an effective solution in a way that was easy to understand. I could see many people using this product if it was available.
ReplyDeleteHey Marcus,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your post on razors and their issue of becoming dull. I also enjoyed the way you pitched it as it was pretty appealing to me. I was interested in the idea of the razor sharpener as it could be of use to anyone who shaves. I would personally find it extremely useful to be able to fix a dull blade especially when it's my only razor blade.
Hey Marcus!
ReplyDeleteI really liked your pitch! I, myself, fully struggle with having a dull razor all the time. I think you definitely do a good job in finding an unmet need and targeting your audience. The statistics in the beginning make it much more believable and professional as well.
Hi Marcus, great elevator pitch! I thought you introducing your pitch with a statistic was both unique and a great approach to a hook. It is not your typical loud attention-getter, but it speaks volumes about your opportunity in a different way. I think you did a fantastic job of showing the need for your product and proposing an effective solution.
